Honey Whipped Butter

In a few seconds you whip up this creamy honey butter. Great to enhance the flavor of pancakes, biscuits, cornbread, English muffins, etc... In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup butter and 1/4 cup honey. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy. Cool in refrigerator before serving.
